These launch terms govern use of the Necessary Works website and its informational materials.
Website content describes possible systems and services for general informational purposes. It is not a guarantee of results, availability, suitability, revenue, booking volume, or legal compliance. A signed agreement controls any paid engagement.
Projects labeled concept or demo are hypothetical demonstrations of system capabilities. They are not customer engagements, testimonials, case studies, or evidence of performance.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, or use the content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Services may rely on third-party platforms such as CRM, telephony, messaging, scheduling, hosting, analytics, or AI providers. Their availability, terms, pricing, and performance are outside Necessary Works’ control unless a written agreement says otherwise.
If you separately opt in, Necessary Works may send non-marketing texts about your inquiry, appointments, and service updates and, under a distinct marketing opt-in, texts about services, guides, and offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The actual sender number and support contact must be added before the SMS program launches.
These terms may be updated as the business, website, and service stack evolve. Business contact details, effective date, governing law, and entity information must be completed before public launch and reviewed by qualified counsel.
